Season-in-between
Not picturesque Winter.⠀
Not sunny Summer.⠀
The best season to show one’s fashion sense is that brief time in between.⠀
And it’s always too short!⠀
I have so many great transitional coats and jackets 😅 ad its pity they see the sunlight realy rarely, and for the short time. ⠀
So today I have a pleasure to introduce my pretty old cover by pre-Jeremy Scott Moschino (it’s discontinued Cheap and Chic label) that’s everything I loved about this brand.⠀
Chic and playful at the same time. ⠀
It’s one of the pieces in my closet I have waited the longest to get. ⠀
⠀
I have spotted it in Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City, when the collection arrived and I instantly fell in love 🖤⠀
Funny painted details of this design were all me – unexpected, witty, not serious, yet made on elegant base of classic shape. ⠀
But it was way to pricey to leave the store with it. So after the season ended I started investigating all outlet websites and over a year later – bingo! Got it for 40% of the initial cost.⠀
It was worth waiting, as I wear it for almost 10 years already, and it still makes heads turn. ⠀
I paired this spectacular coat with as spectacular skirt – a white sequined number from Zara. Sequins all day, remember? It has a sleek a-line design and looks just fabulous with understated black turtleneck.
Why not spice it up with bold accessories as my very old Fendi B-belt and black/silver/white 2Jours handbag?
